Eisha Sawhney has extensive experience in customer success and growth consulting, currently serving as General Manager of Growth Consulting & Customer Success at WebEngage since October 2019, following roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to WebEngage, Eisha held the position of Customer Success Manager at Freshworks from July 2018 to October 2019 and worked at Netcore Solutions from March 2015 to May 2018 as a Senior Marketing Technologist and Customer Success Manager, as well as an Email Marketing Consultant. Eisha began their career with a summer internship at FruitBowl Digital in 2014 and worked as a Financial Processor at Aon between 2011 and 2012. Eisha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Human Resources from IMT Nagpur, completed in 2015.
