Dawn Upton has over 14 years of experience in marketing and customer success roles. Dawn began their career in 2007 as a Campaign Manager at EDF Energy. In 2012, they joined Lead Forensics as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and was later promoted to Head of Marketing and Global Head of Marketing Education. In 2021, they joined Webeo as the Head of Customer Marketing. At Webeo, they are responsible for creating highly relevant, personalised online experiences for their audiences in order to drive engagement, enhanced customer experience, conversion and ultimately ROI.
Dawn Upton's education history includes a BA Honours in Marketing from Swansea University, which they completed between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended The Hillside School from 1993 to 1997.
