Shawn Zimmerman

Shawn Zimmerman has extensive experience in leadership and operations within manufacturing and assembly environments. Currently serving as Assembly Group Leader at Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. since November 2011, Shawn previously held the position of Digital Templating Manager at Surface Solutions II Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing drafting and CNC operations. Additional experience includes roles as Foreman at Professional Surfaces and Shop Foreman at Verso Custom Counter Tops, where daily operations were effectively managed. Early career positions included Foreman at Classic Design and Shop Leader at Wilcor, focusing on template, fabrication, and installation of Corian surfaces. Shawn holds an education from Elgin Community College.
