Ashley Cartmill (nee Zacarias) has a diverse work experience, primarily in the digital and communications field. Ashley started their career at United Way of Greater Toronto as a Sponsored Employee from September 2011 to December 2011.
In November 2012, Ashley joined Weber Shandwick as an Account Coordinator and worked there until October 2013. Ashley then took on the role of Account Executive from November 2013 to June 2014. Ashley continued to progress in the company, becoming a Digital Senior Account Executive from July 2014 to March 2015.
From April 2015 to March 2016, Ashley served as a Digital Account Manager at Weber Shandwick. Ashley then moved up to a Digital Senior Account Manager position from April 2016 to March 2017. Ashley further advanced their career at the company and was appointed as a Digital Account Director from April 2017 to March 2019.

Before that, Ashley attended the University of Guelph from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Psychology (Co-op).
