Nick Dye

Nick Dye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nick started their career as a Program Coordinator at YMCA Camp Tockwogh, where they managed a staff of 15 and organized events for hundreds of campers.

From there, they interned at Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy, conducting research, creating media lists, and making follow-up calls to media outlets and political representatives. Nick also worked as an Intern at the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, where they served as a Field Organizer.

In 2016, Nick took on the role of Digital Intern at Katie McGinty for United States Senate, where they gained experience in digital campaigning. Nick then joined Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy again as a Junior Associate, contributing to media initiatives.

Nick also worked at the Environmental Defense Fund briefly as a Consultant in 2017. Nick then joined Strauss Media Strategies, Inc. as an Assistant Account Executive/Intern Coordinator, where they crafted press releases, managed teams of interns, and facilitated media tours for various clients.

In 2018, Nick joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies as a Public Affairs Assistant Account Executive, drafting and editing various policy-related documents and maintaining client relationships. Nick was later promoted to a Public Affairs Account Executive, further strengthening client relationships and working on telecommunications policy issues.

Most recently, Nick has been working at Weber Shandwick as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they managed federal advocacy and media monitoring workstreams for prominent organizations in Washington, D.C.

Nick Dye completed their high school education at Germantown Friends School, from 1999 to 2012. Following that, they attended Colorado College from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. In 2015, they also attended the School for International Training, where they studied Peace and Conflict Studies in The Balkans.
