Allegra G. has a diverse work experience with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion and team engagement. Allegra currently holds the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Webflow since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Engagement Specialist at Webflow from July 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Webflow, Allegra worked at Postmates Inc. In their role as a Culture Coordinator - Engagement & Culture, they managed event logistics and execution of on-site and virtual events/programs for 800 global employees. Allegra also maintained the events calendar and collaborated with the Marketing team for messaging and communications plans. Additionally, they served as a Learning Experience Instructional Designer, designing and implementing courses for instructors to train new employees on customer service software, and as a Learning Experience Facilitator, collaborating with site leaders on learning and training activities and providing coaching and performance management. Their tenure at Postmates Inc. spanned from June 2019 to January 2021.

Prior to their time at Postmates Inc., Allegra worked at New Vision, Inc. as a Foster Parent Events Coordinator from December 2016 to May 2019.

Allegra G. attended Lane College from 2003 to 2007. Allegra obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
