Elliott Chapman currently serves as Director of Growth Marketing at Webflow, following a distinguished tenure at YouTube from 2016 to 2023. At YouTube, Elliott held several senior positions, including Head of Global Core & Emerging Growth Marketing, where leadership focused on app engagement and monetization strategies, and Head of Global Subscriptions Growth Marketing, responsible for expanding YouTube Music and Premium's subscriber base from 2 million to over 50 million. Elliott's earlier experience at Google from 2010 to 2016 included roles such as Principal Analytical Lead in Retail and participation in the Google Disaster Corps during disaster relief efforts in Nepal. Elliott began a career at Starcom MediaVest Group from 2007 to 2010, developing business acquisition pitches and overseeing broadcast and digital media buying. Educational achievements include a recent fellowship in Climate Change Learning for Action at Terra.do and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Science and Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
