Ilene Cohan George

Ilene Cohan George has a diverse background in various roles within operations and talent acquisition. Ilene is currently working at Webflow as a Senior Manager, Talent Operations since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gusto where they held positions such as Senior Operations Manager from July 2021 to March 2022, Operations Manager from July 2018 to July 2021, and Benefits Operations from May 2017 to July 2018.

Before joining Gusto, Ilene worked at TeleTech where they held the position of Solutions Architect - Taleo from November 2015 to May 2017, Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst from October 2014 to November 2015, and Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator from March 2013 to October 2014.

Ilene also gained experience at Apple as a Recruiting Coordinator from January 2012 to March 2013, and as a Sales Specialist from August 2011 to March 2013. Ilene began their career at Abbott Nutrition as a Retail Sales Representative from May 2010 to June 2011, and previously as a Retail Sales Intern from June 2009 to September 2009.
