Medina Ponjevic has a diverse work experience in customer support and marketing. Medina started their career as a Marketing Associate Contractor at This Dot, Inc in February 2018, where they managed social media platforms, facilitated events, and maintained brand consistency. In 2019, they joined vidIQ as a Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist, providing support in multiple languages. Since March 2021, they have been working at Webflow, initially as a Customer Support Specialist and later promoted to Senior Customer Support Specialist.
