Parker Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. They started their career at Starbucks in 2013 as a Barista and Trainer. In 2015, they joined Custom Ink as a Sales and Service Representative/Coach/Lead and later transitioned to the role of Team Environment Coordinator. From 2018 to 2020, Parker worked as a Communications & Community Coordinator at Custom Ink. In 2020, they joined Webflow as a Technical Customer Support Specialist, and in 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Technical Customer Support Specialist. Currently, Parker holds the role of Support Liaison at Webflow.

Parker Thompson obtained an Associate's of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Technology from North Central Texas College from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Parker has obtained several certifications including Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in April 2020, Web Design from North Central Texas College in May 2016, a Certificate of Completion from Asana in April 2019, Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in June 2017, and Adobe Certified Associate in Graphic Design & Illustration Using Adobe Illustrator from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in August 2014.
