Chloe Prockter

Chloe Prockter is an experienced professional currently serving as Client Success Lead at Webgains, where responsibilities include managing second line support and collaborating with tech and product teams to resolve issues and prioritize new feature requests since June 2021. Previously, Chloe worked with CHIPS - Children's Integrated Playschemes from September 2014 to November 2021, providing one-on-one support for special needs and disabled children during play-scheme sessions. Prior to that, Chloe was the Head of Support & Development at Affiliate Future, leading a team focused on client support within the affiliate marketing sector and addressing campaign needs and technical challenges. Chloe's continuous education at Arch Apprentices since 2018 further complements professional expertise.
