Menua S.

Menua S. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career as a Kunden- und Produktberater at OTTO in December 2012 and worked there until July 2016. They then joined IKEA as a Nachwuchsführungskraft from September 2016 to March 2018. After that, they worked as an Assistant Projectmanager at B+R Bildung und Reisen GmbH from April 2018 to February 2019. They then transitioned to the role of a Recruitment Consultant IT at Austin Fraser from March 2019 to December 2019. They then joined Hermes Germany GmbH as an HR Manager Tech Recruiting from January 2020 to September 2022. Additionally, while at Hermes, they also served as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach from October 2021 to February 2022. They further enhanced their talent acquisition skills by working as the Head of Talent Acquisition (DE) at Falck from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at WebID, starting from March 2023 onwards.

Menua S. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, Menua S. attended Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein GmbH and obtained a degree as a Kaufmann (IHK Flensburg) in the field of Kaufmann im Einzelhandel. Additionally, Menua S. has obtained several additional certifications, including becoming a PI Practitioner from The Predictive Index in November 2022, obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from LinkedIn in July 2022, achieving a Certificate of Excellence in Scrum Master from Agile Consulting Schatz in October 2021, and obtaining a Reflector Big Five Personality & Leadership certification from PI Company GmbH in January 2020.
