Daniil Bakharev

Daniil Bakharev has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Daniil'smost recent role is as a Scrum Master at Webinar, which they started in 2022. Prior to this, they held a Scrum Master role at deeplay, where they achieved improved communication within the domain, created a pipeline inside the teams, and achieved transparency in domain processes. From 2018 to 2022, Daniil worked at SPBEC-MINING as a Manager Planning Analysis and Project Manager, where they organized and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, managed the project releases, sprints, and possible impediments, and assisted in creating a release plan and help maintain the prioritized project/product backlog. Daniil also achieved production processes built using Kanban tools, reduced equipment production time by 40%, and increased equipment production quality by 30%. Before this, Daniil worked at SPBEC (Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical Company) as a Senior Engineering, where they had experience in PCB Design & Schematic Capture, Electronics Circuit Design (analogue/digital), and high speed and low speed design.
