Archana Boddu

Archana Boddu, PMP®, has extensive experience in quality assurance and management. Archana is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at WebPT since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Essilor Group as the Director of Quality Engineering from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they led quality strategies and standards, established the vision for the software Quality Engineering department, and managed day-to-day testing operations.

Before joining Essilor Group, Archana held the position of Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at RealPage, Inc. from 2013 to 2020. Here, they directed testing and QA operations, formulated effective strategies, and managed the department's budget.

Archana has also worked as a Senior QA Manager at Concentra, a subsidiary of Humana, from 2008 to 2013. In this role, they oversaw testing teams, developed and implemented ERP and CRM solutions, and led technological upgrades. Prior to joining Concentra, they served as a Sr. QA Lead at Perot Systems from 2006 to 2008 and as a QA Lead at Concentra from 2002 to 2006.

Archana Boddu, PMP®, completed their Bachelor's degree in Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad from 1995 to 1998. Archana also holds additional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in August 2022. In 2021, they obtained certification in "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader" from LinkedIn.
