Robert Totaro

Robert Totaro has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Robert started their career at Citizens Bank as an Assistant Manager in 1999 and worked there for eight years. In 2007, they joined Webster Five as an Assistant Manager and later became a Branch Manager in 2011. During their time as a Branch Manager, Robert was responsible for managing branch operations, maintaining the existing customer base, and increasing core deposits through business development. In 2016, they were promoted to AVP Business Lending Officer and eventually became the VP Business Lending Officer in 2023. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer for Learning First Foundation starting from 2022.

Robert Totaro obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Worcester State University, graduating in 2002. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Nichols College, completing their studies in 2018. In 2013, Robert also attended the New England School of Financial Studies, where they obtained a certificate in Bank Profitability & Analysis.
