Steve Hickey

Steve Hickey has been working in the financial industry for over 20 years. Steve started their career as an auditor with TRW and then moved to Greene & Wallace, CPAs, where they worked as a senior auditor and tax preparer. After a few years in public accounting, Steve decided to move into corporate finance and took a position as the controller for Springbok Services. From there, they became the director of finance for Cenveo and then took on their current role as CFO for Webster Industries, Inc.

Steve has been with Webster Industries for 9 years and 8 months, during which time they have held the titles of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Controller. During their time at Webster, Steve has been responsible for the financial performance of the company and has overseen monthly forecasting, strategic planning, and investment decisions. Steve has also been responsible for benefits administration and has been instrumental in evaluating potential benefit vendors and negotiating benefits packages.

Prior to joining Webster Industries, Steve spent 6 years at Owens Corning, where they held various financial leadership positions. In their role as Senior Financial Leader - Residential Insulation, they were responsible for the financial performance of the Canadian Building Materials Group. In their role as Cross Functional Development - Benefits Leader, they took the lead in evaluating the benefit offerings of potential benefit vendors and provided financial leadership over pension and retiree medical benefits. And in their role as Senior Audit Manager - Building Materials Group, they provided auditing leadership and support to a business unit with operations in the US, Europe, and China.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

Steve Hickey has an MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a BSBA from Bowling Green State University.
