Manoj Gera

Manoj Gera has an extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and software development. Manoj is currently working as the Director of Data Engineering at Webster Bank since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead Data Engineer at the same company from November 2017 to October 2022.

Before joining Webster Bank, Manoj worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Vice President of Data Engineering from February 2015 to November 2017. Manoj also held the position of Senior Data Engineer at the company from November 2011 to February 2015.

Manoj's previous experiences include working as a Lead Software Engineer at OneShield Software from October 2010 to November 2011, as a Senior Software Engineer at DFAS from November 2009 to October 2010, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Raytheon from January 2009 to July 2009.

Manoj began their career as a Senior Programmer Analyst at SunGard (now part of FIS) in July 1998 and worked there until November 2008.

Manoj Gera holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their formal education, Manoj Gera has also obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various cloud computing fields, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, earned in September 2020.
