Rohit Kharbanda

Rohit Kharbanda has a diverse work experience in various companies and industries. Rohit currently holds the position of Senior Managing Director at Webster Bank since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Genpact from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of Director - Digital Consulting. In this role, they led accounts and clients to achieve targeted business outcomes through digital transformation and effective operating models. Before Genpact, Rohit worked at Accenture Strategy (AMC) from 2012 to 2016 as an Engagement Manager, specializing in strategy consulting in the banking industry. Rohit led large teams and handled various aspects such as digital transformation and stakeholder management. Before Accenture, they worked at Fiserv as a Product Manager/Senior Business Analyst from 2009 to 2012, and at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd as a Product Manager/Core Conversion Strategist from 2006 to 2009. Rohit also briefly worked at ICICI Lombard as a Manager Strategy & Operations in 2006.
