Melissa Guenther has over 15 years of experience in the third-party administrator (TPA) industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as an Account Manager at WebTPA since January 2007, Melissa demonstrates expertise in client relations and account management. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Benefit Planners from November 2002 to December 2006, where responsibilities included serving as an Account Associate, Customer Service Lead, and Production Supervisor, as well as functioning as a Repricing Analyst.
