Bobbie Nuthals

Bobbie Nuthals is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Manager of HR Strategy and Talent Services at WEC Energy Group since April 2013. In this role, Bobbie advises business unit leaders on HR strategies that align with operational plans and objectives, overseeing critical HR projects and ensuring compliance with legal and financial standards. Prior to this position, Bobbie worked at Integrys Energy Group in various roles, including Human Resources Business/Labor Consultant and Employee Relations Consultant. Bobbie holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BBA in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
