Constant V.

Constant V. currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at WeChat Pay and holds multiple roles at Tencent, including Head of Legal for Midaspay Europe and Corporate & Regulatory Lead for Tencent Europe. In these positions, Constant V. is responsible for leading Tencent's regulatory affairs across Europe and is an active member of both the Tencent EMEA Management Committee and Tencent's Global Research Institute. Constant V. holds several advanced degrees in law, including a Master of Laws in EU Law and Corporate Law from Stellenbosch University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution, and an Honours degree in Philosophy. Additional academic experience includes an exchange semester at Maastricht University.
