Jeff Hu

Jeff Hu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the digital payments sector, currently serving as General Manager and Regional Director at WeChat Pay since October 2018. Previously, Jeff held various roles at Alipay from February 2016 to October 2018, including Business Development and Head of Product for the EMEA region, focusing on tax refund services and user penetration. Prior to Alipay, Jeff worked as a Senior Technology Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Accenture, with experience leading projects for Barclays. Jeff's earlier career includes positions at Cegedim Insurance Solutions where responsibilities involved business process optimization and enterprise-level system implementations across multiple regions. Jeff began their career at Felinesoft as a Web Designer and Application Developer. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Advanced Computing - Internet Technology from the University of Bristol and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics - Information and Computing Technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
