Kaitlyn Amundson, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience. Kaitlyn began their career in 2016 as a Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter at WeConnect LLC, where they analyzed and processed resumes, conducted phone interviews, and managed pre-employment steps for multiple candidates at a time. Kaitlyn later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Coordinator, overseeing recruiting initiatives, determining interview procedures, and planning long-term staffing strategies. Currently, Kaitlyn is a Human Resources Generalist at WeConnect LLC, providing HR and systems support for the parent company and its subsidiaries. Kaitlyn assists with internal investigations, counseling, disciplining, and termination of employees.

Besides their experience at WeConnect LLC, Kaitlyn also worked as a Waitress at Union Hotel from October 2014 to April 2018. Additionally, they served as a Tutor at St. Norbert College from January 2016 to December 2017.

Kaitlyn Amundson, SHRM-CP, completed their high school education at Ashwaubenon High School from 2010 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma. Kaitlyn then pursued higher education at St. Norbert College from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they focused on Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
