Megan Hayati

Megan Hayati has a diverse work experience, starting as a Loyola Law School Public Interest Fellow at Levitt and Quinn Family Law Center from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they represented low-income clients in various legal actions and conducted research on compliance with the Hague Convention. Megan then worked as an Associate Attorney at Calderone Law Firm from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they served as Senior Counsel at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP from 2013 to 2017, where they represented individuals and organizations in securities disputes and employment law matters. Megan then became a Partner at Gordon & Rees LLP from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and Employment Counsel at Wedbush Securities since October 2020.

Megan Hayati's education history begins in 2005 when they attended UCLA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Megan studied at UCLA for two years, completing their undergraduate studies in 2007. Following their time at UCLA, Megan enrolled at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law. Megan attended Loyola Law School for three years, graduating in 2010.
