Scott Gault has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 at SunTrust Bank where they served as the Commercial Banking Team Leader and Senior Vice President. In this role, they provided strategic leadership to a team of commercial bankers and collaborated with various stakeholders.
In 2013, Scott joined the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida and served until 2015.
From 2014 to 2015, they also served on the Board of Directors for the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce.
In 2015, Scott took on multiple roles, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board for Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties. Scott also became the Market President for Pinellas County at The Bank of Tampa.
Scott continued their involvement with various organizations, such as the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, where they served on the Board of Governors from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they also chaired the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, College of Business Dean's Advisory Board from 2017 to 2020.
Scott became a Director for the University of South Florida Muma College of Business Executive Advisory Council in 2020.
In 2023, they joined WEDU PBS as a Board Director.
Additionally, Scott has served on the Board of Trustees for St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation since 2018.
Scott Gault completed their Advanced Management and Leadership Program (AMP 145/146) at Columbia Business School. Scott then pursued a degree in Bank Financial Leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, which they completed in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Scott also holds an MBA in International Business from Florida Metropolitan University. Additionally, Scott Gault participated in the Leadership Orlando program.
