Melissa Strassner

Melissa Strassner is an accomplished land entitlement manager currently leading processes at David Weekley Homes since December 2024. With a solid foundation in law and land use, Melissa previously served as a land use attorney at Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, and held various roles at Taylor Morrison, including senior land analyst and land acquisition coordinator. Earlier experience includes positions as chief of staff to a vice mayor, private practice attorney, associate attorney at prominent law firms, and key roles in retail leasing at Veranda Partners, LLC. Melissa obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
