Melissa Post has a diverse work experience. Melissa started as an intern at Upromise in 2001 and later worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Monitor until 2007. During their time at Monitor, they also led the North America Summer Undergraduate Intern Program in 2005 and 2006. In 2005, Melissa founded the Boston chapter and served as a board member for The Hopscotch Network, an organization aimed at improving the lives of underprivileged children. Melissa continued their philanthropic work as a Junior Board Member at The Opportunity Network from 2010 to 2012. Melissa then transitioned to American Express, where they held various marketing roles, including Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Customer Experience. In 2012, they co-founded weeSpring, Inc., a platform for new and expecting parents to share recommendations on baby products. Currently, Melissa works as an Independent Camp Specialist, providing assistance to families interested in sending their children to sleep-away camp.
Melissa Post pursued their education with dedication and focus. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Dartmouth College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time there, they majored in Government and minored in Economics, demonstrating their interest in these fields.
Later, Melissa continued their educational journey at NYU Stern School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Melissa completed their Master of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. This program allowed their to further develop their skills and knowledge in these areas.
