Jess Gould

Jess Gould is an experienced event professional with a diverse background in event management and client success. Currently serving as an Event Specialist at Heartwood Events since November 2023, Jess has also held the role of Lead Client Success Manager at Weezevent, demonstrating a strong commitment to client relations. Jess's prior experience includes a multilayered position at Boomtown Fair, encompassing responsibilities as an assistant to the festival founder, ticketing manager, and production lead for woodland venues. Significant achievements include managing the growth of Tokyo World from 4,000 to 20,000 attendees within three years and providing vital support to the Creative Director at ARCADIA SPECTACULAR Ltd. Jess holds a Higher Education Diploma in Housing and Human Environments from the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada and studied at the University of the West of England.
