Delia Meierhofer

Delia Meierhofer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Delia began their career as a Lernende KV at Zürich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG from August 2012 to July 2015. Delia then worked as an Assistentin Stv. Geschäftsführerin at Swiss School for International Business - SSIB AG from August 2015 to September 2016. Delia joined Flughafenregion Zürich - Wirtschaftsnetzwerk & Standortentwicklung in October 2016 as a Projekt-Assistentin, and later held the roles of Projektleiterin & HR-Managerin from January 2019 to December 2020. In 2021, they worked at Poolside AG - taking students to business as an Office Management & Personaladministration. Currently, they are working at wefox as an HR-Assistentin and has recently been promoted to the role of People Operations Partner in April 2023.

Delia Meierhofer attended HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2017 to 2021. Delia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications during this time. After completing their studies at HWZ, Delia Meierhofer enrolled in the NBW Betriebstwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung and obtained a certificate in Human Resources with a focus on personnel administration (Personalassistentin mit Zertifikat HRSE) in 2022. Moving forward, they plan to attend ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2023 to pursue a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Labor Law.
