Athanasia Varvitsioti, GMBPsS, CIPD, has a diverse education history that spans various fields and institutions. In 2007-2010, they attended Efsevios Kipourgos Lyceum of Kalavryta, where they focused on Modern Greek Language and Literature. Athanasia then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 2010 to 2015 at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. In order to expand their knowledge and experience, Athanasia studied abroad during the academic year 2013-2014 through an Erasmus Scholarship at Université d'Angers. During this time, they explored the fields of Clinical & Counselling Psychology.
In 2015-2016, Athanasia furthered their education by earning a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Kent. This program undoubtedly enhanced their expertise in the field. To complement their academic achievements, Athanasia has also obtained various certifications. In 2006, they achieved an Advanced Business English certificate, CAE, from Cambridge English Language Assessment. In 2008, they acquired the ECPE Proficiency in English certificate from the Hellenic American Union. Additionally, they obtained the Dalf C2, Proficiency in French certificate from the Institut français in 2014. Continuing their pursuit of professional development, Athanasia received the MABP certification from The Association for Business Psychology in December 2017. Lastly, in April 2019, they became an Associate Member of the CIPD.
