Melek Osman

Melek Osman has a strong background in consulting and customer success roles. Melek currently works as a Senior Product Operations Manager at wefox since June 2022. Previously, they worked at Market Logic Software from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant and Consultant, Customer Success. In these roles, they acted as a team lead, guided junior consultants, and managed a portfolio of clients. Melek provided technical services, ensured compliance with company policies, and contributed to the team's development. Melek was also a thought leader and SME on a major software module. Prior to that, Melek worked as a Junior Financial Auditor at KPMG Bulgaria from 2015 to 2016 and as an Intern at ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) in 2014.

Melek Osman has a strong educational background in economics and finance. From 2016 to 2018, they attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law, where they earned a Master's degree in International Economics. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of National and World Economy, from 2012 to 2016.

In 2015, Melek also participated in a Financial Management Exchange Program at Pforzheim University, although they did not obtain a specific degree from this program.

In terms of additional certifications, Melek obtained a certification in "Leading with Finance" from Harvard Business School Online in January 2021.
