Kaleb Tadesse Woldearegay has a diverse work experience. Kaleb Tadesse started their career as a Foreign Purchaser at Hilina Enriched Food Processing Center P.L.C in 2012, where they maintained records, established communications with vendors, and processed requisitions and purchase orders. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Supervisor at Felegehiwet Mini Supermarket.

In 2013, Kaleb joined the Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission as a JR. Consultant and worked until 2016.

In 2016, Kaleb joined Wegagen Bank as an HR-Talent Management Officer. Their responsibilities included consolidating HR plans, conducting training needs assessments, facilitating training delivery, monitoring performance management systems, and implementing knowledge transfer and management initiatives. Kaleb Tadesse also prepared TOR/RFPs for external training activities and participated in their evaluation. Kaleb worked in this role until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Kaleb served as the Manager of Talent Management at Wegagen Bank, where they continued to build and enhance talent management strategies in alignment with the bank's business needs. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer before being promoted to Director of Talent Management in 2022. Currently, Kaleb holds the position of Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication at Wegagen Bank since 2023.

Kaleb Tadesse Woldearegay completed their education at Addis Ababa University. Kaleb Tadesse obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Project Management from 2014 to 2017 at the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Kaleb Tadesse Woldearegay has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they acquired a certification in Managerial Communication Skill from the Ethiopian Management Institute. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Project Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation, also from the Ethiopian Management Institute. In 2017, Kaleb received a certification in Organization Culture and Attitude Change from the Jethro Leadership and Management Institute. In 2018, they completed a certification in Linking Training to Organizational Goals from GLOMACS® | 20 Years of Excellence in Training. In 2019, they acquired certifications in Advanced Performance Evaluation & Monitoring from the Ethiopian Institute of Financial Studies and Career Management from Avantsol. Most recently, in February 2021, Kaleb obtained a certification in Strategic Management from the Ethiopian Institute of Financial Studies.
