Alan Lerner has extensive experience in technical support and software development, currently serving as the Manager and Team Lead of Technical Escalations at Galvanize, now Diligent, since June 2012. In this role, Alan leads an escalation team within the Risk & Compliance division, focusing on strategy, staffing, and support for enterprise clients. Previously, Alan worked as a Customer Support Architect, providing senior escalation support for business analytic software. Alan's earlier experience includes a position as a Jr. Software Engineer at Electronic Arts, where development skills were applied to internal web applications using Java and various technologies, and as a Game Tester for multiple AAA titles. Alan began professional experience as a Customer Service Specialist at Zellers Central City. Alan holds a B.Sc. in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University, obtained in 2010.
