Jan Merwitz

Jan Merwitz is the Head of Finance at Wegatech since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Head of Finance & IT at Schwank Deutschland from July 2010 to August 2022. Jan began their career as a Controller at Gottwald Port Technology GmbH from August 2003 to June 2010. Jan also served as the President of the Local Committee Dresden at AIESEC from September 1997 to December 2000. Jan holds a Master of Arts degree in Accounting & Finance from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, obtained in July 2013, and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Technische Universität Dresden, obtained in May 2003.
