Natalie Shields is an experienced legal recruiter currently working at Wegman Partners since January 2021, following a prior role as a legal recruiter at Collier Legal Search from November 2018 to December 2020. Before entering legal recruitment, Natalie operated as an oil and gas consultant from August 2014 to November 2018, specializing in business development, recruitment and training, asset management, and contract negotiations. Natalie's extensive career in the oil and gas industry also includes positions such as contract manager and business development roles at Cardinal Gas Storage LLC, Walden Energy, ONEOK Productions Company, Boyd Rosene & Associates, El Paso Energy, Pacific Gas Transmission, and Aquila Energy Marketing. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University, completed between 1989 and 1991.
