Sebastien Giguere

Sebastien Giguere has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sebastien started their career in 2001 at Pratt & Whitney Canada as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, where they managed multiple projects for the Procurement and Logistics Department. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Business Development Manager and IT Manager, responsible for defining the department's service strategy and managing a budget of $6 million.

In 2008, Sebastien joined DiCentral Canada, initially as the Director of the Project Management Office, where they set up and managed a team of 10 people. Sebastien then moved up to become the Vice President of Operations, managing a 25-employee team across various departments and overseeing more than 200 international projects. Eventually, they were promoted to the role of General Manager of the Canadian branch, leading a team of 45 employees with a focus on the company's growth and profitability.

In 2015, Sebastien transitioned to become a consultant and owner of a consulting company called eCreate. Their expertise lies in information technology, supply chain optimization, EDI, and project management. Sebastien provides consulting and mentoring services for short and medium-term mandates, focusing on areas such as data exchange, management, and project management.

Most recently, Sebastien served as the Chief Operating Officer at WEGOTRADE Inc. starting in 2016, where they utilize their skills and experience to contribute to the company's success.

Sebastien Giguere completed their education in a sequential manner. From the years 1995 to 1998, they attended the Université du Québec à Rimouski and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Information Systems. Following this, they pursued further education at Université Laval from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Information Technology. In 2005, Sebastien Giguere enrolled at PMI and obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold a PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
