Jon Higgins

Jon Higgins has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jon started their career as a Mainframe Computer Operator at Imperial College London in 1984. Jon then moved on to The University of Manchester as an Operations Analyst and Systems Administrator. Throughout their career, Jon has held various roles at Tesco, including Head of IT for Tesco.com and Technology Director. In these roles, they were responsible for IT development, infrastructure, and delivery. Jon also played a key role in transforming Tesco's IT team and implementing agile practices. Jon later worked as a Trustee for Somerset House Trust and Help Musicians. Jon also worked as an Independent Consultant at Bain & Company, where they provided advice on IT and digital transformation. Currently, Jon is the Chief Technology Officer at wehkamp. Overall, their work experience spans over several decades and covers a wide range of industry sectors.
