James Gaulke

James Gaulke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the real estate and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty since February 2023, James has previously held positions with Realty Group and Keller Williams Realty Integrity Edina. In addition to real estate, James has built a successful freelance career in talent and voice-over work, connected with Wehmann Models/Talent, Inc., Moore Creative Talent, and All Around Sound Productions, the latter of which is owned by James since 1992. Prior experience includes serving as Bar Manager at Damico Catering from 1989 to 2006. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Theatre from Calvin University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
