Luke Stapel

Luke Stapel is an accomplished real estate broker with extensive experience in both commercial and residential markets, currently serving as a Broker at Weichert, REALTORS - Advantage Plus since March 2015. Prior professional roles include Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker at Realty Executives Associates and Commercial Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where a focus on value-adding strategies was evident. Luke's prior experience in economic development spans various significant positions, including Senior Planner for the City of Oak Ridge, responsible for grant funding recommendations and program implementation, and Regional Planner for the Southeast Tennessee Development District. An early career as an Economic Development Intern at the Tennessee Valley Authority involved coordinating business development initiatives across multiple states. Luke holds a Master's Degree in Planning and Economic Development and two Bachelor's Degrees in Agriculture, Landscape Design and Ornamental Horticulture and Finance, all from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
