Taylor Abbruzese

Taylor Abbruzese has a diverse range of work experience in the property management and leasing industry. Taylor began their career as a Leasing Agent at Boardwalk at Morris Bridge in 2009 and later worked as a Leasing Consultant at Archstone from 2011 to 2015. Taylor then joined AvalonBay Communities as a Community Consultant from 2014 to 2015. Taylor further expanded their skills by serving as the Leasing Manager at Southern Land Company from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, Taylor has been employed at Carroll Property Management, L.L.C. as a Leasing Consultant since 2018. Taylor currently holds the position of Assistant Community Director at Weidner Apartment Homes, which they assumed in 2021.

Taylor Abbruzese attended the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Management.
