Adam Draper

Adam Draper has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Adam began their career in 2005 as a Web Developer and UX Designer at Arizona State University. In 2010, they moved to Village Voice Media as a Lead UI Designer and Web Developer. In 2011, they joined Recruiting.com (Parent of Jobing.com) as a UI/UX Designer and Software Engineer. Adam then moved to SheKnows in 2013 as a Senior Software Developer - Front End. In 2014, they joined Fountain Software as a Lead Web Developer and UI/UX Designer. In 2016, they became the first employee of LogicHub as a Principal Product Engineer and UI/UX Designer. In 2017, they founded the Product Design and User Research team at People.ai and grew it to 4. In 2021, they joined Elastic as a Senior Manager, Design and led and scaled the Elastic Security design team from 3 to 10 designers. Currently, Adam Draper is the Head of Product Design at Weights & Biases.

Adam Draper attended Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. Prior to that, they attended Phoenix College, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems.
