Aaron Bates

Aaron Bates is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Weil-McLain, a prominent designer of hydronic heating systems since 1881, since June 2023. Prior to this, Aaron held the same title at ALKEGEN from November 2018 to June 2023 and worked as a Special Project Liaison at Flamex from December 2016 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as a Process Engineer at MATCOR Metal Fabrication from January 2011 to August 2016 and as a Sr. Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer at Garmin International from July 2008 to December 2010. Aaron Bates has also pursued advanced education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021 and 2022.
