Brian Scott

Brian Scott is an experienced technology leader currently serving as President and CIO of ClearTone Consulting LLC, a firm specializing in virtual CIO services and comprehensive technology management. With a background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles, including CIO at Experient and Director of Software Development at 3MC, Brian has demonstrated expertise in areas such as software development, data center operations, and strategic technology implementation. In addition to consulting, Brian contributes as a Board Member for the Weinberg Center for the Arts and serves on advisory councils, including for Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. and Bear Analytics. Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Management of Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
