Howard Bloom

Howard Bloom is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in law and accounting. Since November 2018, Howard has served as a Partner at Weiss & Company LLP. Prior to this, Howard has been the Managing Partner at Kipnis Rosen & Bloom, Ltd. since April 1978. Howard holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, obtained between 1977 and 1981, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1973 to 1977.
