Maximilian Politschek

Maximilian Politschek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Maximilian began their career at manroland Sheetfed, where they worked as a Student with project tasks from June 2005 to September 2008. Maximilian then moved on to become a Production Engineer from October 2008 to May 2010, and later served as the Head of Quality Assurance Manufacturing from May 2010 to June 2011.

Politschek then joined RINGSPANN GmbH as the Head of Quality Management, Production Development, and IT in July 2011. Maximilian held this role until November 2015, where they were responsible for managing quality and driving production development initiatives.

In 2015, Politschek joined Schenck Process as the Head of Production Germany, a position they held until January 2018.

Currently, Politschek is employed at weisstechnik, where they have held various roles. Maximilian started as the Global Director Operations from February 2018 to May 2022. Maximilian is currently the Global Director Heat Technology, a position they have held since April 2022.

Throughout their career, Politschek has gained expertise in production, quality management, operations, and heat technology across different organizations.

Maximilian Politschek completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Technologies at DHBW Mannheim from 2005 to 2008. Maximilian then pursued further education at Fachhochschule Wiesbaden, where they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering (M.Eng.) with a specialization in Product Development and Manufacturing from 2008 to 2010.
