Tom Harper

Tom Harper is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial real estate law. Currently, Tom serves as an Attorney at Weissman since May 2018, focusing on the acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of various commercial properties, including retail and industrial developments. Prior to this, Tom owned The Law Office of Thomas O. Harper III from December 2012 to May 2018, where similar services were offered. Between February 2004 and December 2012, Tom was an Attorney/Partner at Foltz Martin, LLC, providing legal counsel on real estate financing and representing both borrowers and lenders. Tom began the legal career as an Associate/Attorney at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC from November 1999 to February 2004, during which time expertise in commercial real estate law was developed. Tom holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
