Leidy Yuliana Rúa Guarin

Leidy Yuliana Rúa Guarin has worked in various roles in the financial and project management fields since 2011. Leidy Yuliana began their career at Helm Bank Colombia as a Functional Advisor, where they were responsible for recording banking operations, customer service, and cash flow control. In 2015, they moved to Tata Consultancy Services as a Financial Analyst, where they analyzed and identified national and international financial transactions and developed banking operations in the Cash and ACH area. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at ARUS Tecnología + Información + Conocimiento as a Senior Operations Analyst, where they were in charge of developing and implementing projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and preparing reports. From 2018 to 2020, they also worked at emergia - emotional experience company as an Implementation Analyst and an Implementation and Process Analyst. Since 2022, they have been the Head of Projects at WeKall.

Leidy Yuliana Rúa Guarin is currently pursuing a degree in Administration Financiera from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA. Leidy Yuliana has obtained several certifications, including a Curso de Lean UX from Platzi in November 2022, a Curso de Comunicación Asertiva from Platzi in October 2022, a SMPC Scrum Master Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, a Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, and a SCRUM FOUNDATION from CertiProf in June 2020.
