Debra Bell-Campbell

Debra Bell-Campbell, MS, NCC, CPM, is a seasoned professional in education and mental health, currently serving as the Owner of Inspired Visions Consulting Group, LLC, where professional development training is conducted for educators and administrators. With extensive experience at the Florida Department of Children and Families, Debra has held various roles including Research & Training Specialist, Director of Staff Development & Training, and Education and Training Specialist, focusing on leadership development and training compliance. As a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, Debra administers and interprets MBTI assessments for leaders at the Northeast Florida State Hospital. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Admissions Consultant at Wekiva Springs Center, an Emergency Evaluator at CBHS, and a Senior Human Service Counselor Supervisor at the Department of Health. Debra holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from The University of West Alabama.
