Jesus Ruiz

Jesus Ruiz has a extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jesus held a role as a Manufacturing Manager at Welbilt Inc. starting in September 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at Laerdal Medical from June 2015 to September 2015. Jesus also served as an Operation Manager at SEAO from January 2013 to December 2014. Their longest tenure was at Johnson Controls, where they worked as a Production Manager from September 1997 to September 2012. During their time at Johnson Controls, they achieved several accomplishments, including the movement and implementation of the Screw Compressor Line from Roanoke VA to JCI BE Monterrey Stiva Plant in 2009, as well as the startup and ramp-up of a screw compressor assembly line under strict criteria. Jesus Ruiz completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Facultad de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica U.A.N.L. between the years 1988 and 1993. Jesus further pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Specialist from EGAII_Escuela de Graduados en Administracion e Ingenieria Industrial FCQ. UANL from 2010 to 2012. In 2004, Jesus obtained a Lean Manufacturing Certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and in 2005, they received a Black Belt Certification from the same institution. Later, they attended Lean Six Sigma International in 2020 and 2021 to acquire the Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Additionally, they have incomplete education records from Facultad de Ciencias Quimicas UANL and Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, without specified degree programs or study fields.
