Kimberly Perez

Kimberly Perez has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Kimberly is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Welbilt Inc., a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, Kimberly served as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Welbilt Inc. from September 2020 until September 2022.

Before joining Welbilt Inc., Kimberly worked at Ditech Holding Corporation, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2011 to August 2020. Kimberly also served as the VP and CFO at Walter Investment Management Corp. from April 2009 to July 2011.

Furthermore, Kimberly has a strong history in financial leadership roles. Kimberly was the VP and CFO at Walter Energy's Financial Services Division from December 2002 to April 2009 and the VP of Corporate Accounting at Walter Industries from July 1997 to December 2002.

Kimberly began their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers as an Audit Manager, where they worked from 1989 to 1997.

Kimberly Perez received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University's College of Business. Kimberly attended the university from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degree, Kimberly obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in October 2018. Furthermore, they acquired the NACD Directorship Certification™ from the National Association of Corporate Directors in March 2023.
